A Good Stretch

There are some activities and endeavors that we find out, on our journey, that we are predisposed to.  Either we are just good at it, or we enjoy it, or we find it easy to do.  Regardless of the specific reason, we find ourselves doing what we like more than anything else.  And in this lies the dilemma or an opportunity.  The opportunity to improve comes from doing things differently or doing different things.  With this understanding, it is up to us to pursue activities that we are not necessarily good at or inclined to do and to then go do them.  Stretching is a good example; a runner might not like to stretch but a good stretching routine might just be the best thing that they can do. And so on…..  So, let’s see if we can find that activity that we shy away from and embrace it and see how it might improve our journey and what is possible in our lives when embrace doing things a little bit differently.
