Spring is upon us and as always mother nature is bringing us a host of surprises. Snow in Denver, tornadoes in the southeast, hurricane style winds in the northeast, flooding all over and more challenges than we are ready for at the moment. In normal circumstances, this would be all we are focused on and now we are being pushed and pulled like never before. Economic issues, health issues, home issues and so much more. And a bit of raw nerves and frustration showing through. At moments like these, we just have to step back, take a breath, and calm our systems. Our stress level is high, and we have to acknowledge it first and then work to reduce it. We will get through this time and the better we deal with the impact and the stress the better the ending to this story. So, let’s keep reminding ourselves that with the right mindset, the right approach, and the right care, tomorrow will be better than today. It is up to us to stay positive and press forward. It is the only way. Here’s to facing the gauntlet and blasting through it, we have done it before, we will do it again.
