Blueberry Immunity Blast Smoothie
Makes: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
2 g Immunity
1 C frozen blueberries
1/3 C fresh, quartered strawberries
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/4 C plain greek yogurt
1 hefty handful of fresh spinach
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A splash of nut milk to reach desired consistency
Instructions:
2 g Immunity
1 C frozen blueberries
1/3 C fresh, quartered strawberries
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/4 C plain greek yogurt
1 hefty handful of fresh spinach
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A splash of nut milk to reach desired consistency
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until fully mixed and has reached your desired consistency. Then enjoy!
