Extra Chocolatey Focus Smoothie

Try out this rich & sweet smoothie recipe for a satisfying post-workout snack or for a nourishing breakfast treat. It's packed with vitamins, antioxidants & is a natural nootropic! 

Makes: 1 Serving

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups almond milk

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

3/4 cup of frozen blueberries 

1 tbsp flaxseed meal

Small handful of baby spinach

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp PB2 with cocoa (optional)

1 scoop of Focus

1 serving of your favorite chocolate protein powder 

Instructions:

  1. Add almond milk, frozen berries & baby spinach to bottom of blender
  1. Next add in flaxseed, cacao, PB2, Focus blend, & protein powder 
  2. Blend all ingredients until fully combined. Add in additional almond milk or other liquid if consistency is too thick
  3. Pour your chocolatey smoothie into your favorite cup and enjoy!
