Extra Chocolatey Focus Smoothie
Try out this rich & sweet smoothie recipe for a satisfying post-workout snack or for a nourishing breakfast treat. It's packed with vitamins, antioxidants & is a natural nootropic!
Makes: 1 Serving
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
3/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
Small handful of baby spinach
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp PB2 with cocoa (optional)
1 scoop of Focus
1 serving of your favorite chocolate protein powder
- Add almond milk, frozen berries & baby spinach to bottom of blender
- Next add in flaxseed, cacao, PB2, Focus blend, & protein powder
- Blend all ingredients until fully combined. Add in additional almond milk or other liquid if consistency is too thick
- Pour your chocolatey smoothie into your favorite cup and enjoy!
