PB Chocolate Energy Bites
These bites can be eaten as a post-workout snack, as an afternoon pick-me-up or as a sweet treat! They're full of nutritious ingredients to keep you full & have an added bonus of adaptogens from Energy! Recipe adapted by @kaysnuttykitchen
2/3 cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp oats (for blending)
1/4 cup oats (for add-ins)
3 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
3 scoops Energy tea blend
1. Add the dates and peanut butter to a blender/ food processor and blend until smooth. Add in the 3 Tbsp oats & 3 scoops Energy tea blend. Blend again until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture into a bowl and add in the 1/4 cup of oats and chocolate chips. Mix everything together until evenly combined.
3. Roll into 1 1/2" balls and chill in the fridge before diving in!
