The way that we go about living our journey will forever push us to do more and more. And if not careful over time there are real implications from only pushing hard. To keep us performing at our best we need to think about balancing activity and recovery. We inherently know how to recover; rest, nutrition, natural supplements, reduced activity. And for each of us, we need to consider how to create our own recovery “recipe”. The combination of activities and actions that we take to help the body repair, reset and rebuild. With the proper mindset, we can get to a place where recovery is as positive and satisfying as the activities that we do as part of who we are. So, when on our journey let’s think about recovery as something to look forward to and have fun doing it. Our next big push will be there soon enough.
