As we go along on our journey there are some tasks, actions, places and more that we tend to repeat again and again. It is the nature of the journey that relies on improvement and/or foundation building.
It seems that the more we travel on our journey the more we realize that there are a lot of residuals that are produced along the way. It could be gym clothes on the floor after a workout, a mess in our office after a rather busy day, a sore muscle from too much running,
Even the best of us can find that the world has become a rather noisy place. There are distractions and diversions that can get in the way of accomplishing what we set out to do.
When we become students of our craft we find out that there are really three main themes that affect how well we are going to perform in an athletic event whether we are beginners or top athletes.
It is more likely than not that while on our journey we can find ourselves pushing the envelope, working hard, taking it to the next level and being totally focused on our individual performance.
Yes, the journey is the journey, that is, it is what we make of it. We can go as far as we want but to get there, we have to put more into it.
