RELAXATION

The key to getting a good night's sleep is to begin the process of relaxing your body a couple hours before you go to sleep. For those of us who are stressed due to unresolved issues in our life, it's good to keep in mind that stress is the enemy of a good night's sleep. The good news is, stress is not your natural state. Your natural state is like the sun and the stress is like a cloud that has simply blown in front of the sun.

 

Take a few deep breaths and imagine the clouds of worry, hurry, and flurry, are scurrying away, leaving you with the brightness of your calm spirit radiating through you gently easily and powerfully.
