We wanted to give people the right tools to replace what you need during hard workouts or long, multi-hour adventures. This meant we needed to pair our stress-balancing adaptogens (reishi, gotu kola, and more) with electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) and calories (dextrose and sucrose). It’s not that all of the other options out there are *bad* per se. Ours just happens to be better.
Half & Half (lemonade & iced tea). Aggressive flavors don’t bode well for a mid-race palette so we went with something that could be non-offensive (dare we say enjoyed?) whether it's at mile 7 or mile 87.
Add one rounded scoop (22g) of Endurance Sports Mix to a 24 oz water bottle. Shake to dissolve and consume mid-workout.
