Endurance Sports Mix
We wanted to give people the right tools to replace what you need during hard workouts or long, multi-hour adventures. This meant we needed electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium), calories (sugar), and a better way to energize (plants and adaptogens like green tea, reishi, and gotu kola). It’s not that all of the other options out there are *bad* per se. Ours just happens to be better.
We know from personal experience that aggressive flavors don’t bode well for a mid-race palette so we went with something that could be enjoyed at mile 7 and mile 87 of the Leadville 100.
Add one rounded scoop (24g) of Endurance Sports Mix to your 24 oz water bottle. Shake to dissolve and consume mid-workout.
